We get your Jiggl out the door fast and packed to survive the trip.

Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere in the continental United States. Not in our shipping zone yet? Hang tight — we're growing.

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Order on a weekend or holiday and we'll get to it the next business day.

Shipping times & cost
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location — no surprises.

Hot weather, happy Jiggl
Jiggl is shelf-stable, but we keep an eye on the forecast. During warmer months we may adjust packing or timing to make sure your order shows up in great shape. If heat ever does a number on your order in transit, we've got you — just reach out and we'll make it right.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).

Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking stalls or your order goes missing, email us at help@eatjiggl.com with your order number and we'll chase it down with the carrier and take care of you.
